2018 Satisfaction Survey Results

At Carefound Home Care we aim to offer the highest quality home care services to our clients and the best employment opportunities in care to our staff. To ensure we are delivering on our aims and understand how we can continuously improve we undertake annual, anonymous satisfaction surveys across the families we support and our staff in Yorkshire & Cheshire. We are delighted to provide a summary of our 2018 satisfaction surveys results below.
Feedback from the surveys has been outstanding, with 100% of clients stating that our home care service has improved their quality of life and 100% likely to recommend us. 100% of our clients also said their home carer was well matched to them and 97% said their care management team was helpful, clearly demonstrating the benefit of our locally operated care services. 100% of our staff felt that they received sufficient training to perform at a high level and 98% said they were proud to work for Carefound Home Care. 89% felt that they were well supported, again highlighting the importance of our care teams being locally managed in Yorkshire & Cheshire.
