At Carefound Home Care our goal is to maximise your well-being at home and your care is managed by our local care management team based in Wilmslow. We offer hourly home care in the towns and surrounding areas of Altrincham, Knutsford, Macclesfield and Wilmslow, and live-in care across Cheshire.

Our Cheshire team is lead by our Registered Branch Manager, Hayley, who has many years’ experience in the elderly home care sector and leads a committed and highly skilled team of professionals who are all dedicated to helping you stay living safely in your own home.
