Dementia Forward Christmas Fun Run, Sunday 6th December

Local dementia charity, Dementia Forward, are again holding their annual Christmas Fun Run this year to raise money for supporting people living with dementia in the Harrogate, Ripon and York area. The family event will offer both a 5k Christmas Jumper Fun Run & a 3k family walk. It will also raise money for Myeloma UK.

The Dementia Forward Santa Fun Run will take place on Sunday, 6th December at Ripon Racecourse. Gates open at 10.00am, the Zumba warm-up will commecnce at 10.40am and races start from 11.00am.

People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome with families, groups of friends or local Yorkshire businesses encouraged to join in. A hot bacon sandwich and drink will be ready for you at the end and all funds raised go to Dementia Forward and Myeloma UK. Christmas jumpers are not a necessity but are encouraged!
