Elderly Care Information Stand at Harrogate District Hospital

The team from Carefound Home Care held an elderly care information stand at Harrogate District Hospital today.

As the issue of an aging population in North Yorkshire becomes ever more apparent it is vital that elderly people and their families are made aware of their options with regards to care and support. Key questions always include: What is available? How does it work? What does it cost? How will I pay for it?
