At Carefound Home Care we offer families a highly personalised home care service which enables elderly people to continue to live in their own homes with less reliance on primary care, secondary care or residential care services. We do this in partnership with local health professionals including GPs, community nursing teams, hospital teams, social services teams, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, hospice teams and many more.
Our care is delivered by our professional, trained, vetted staff all of whom are fully employed and supported 24/7 by our care management team. Services can be delivered on an hourly care or full-time live-in care basis, and may include anything from basic domestic support, companionship, personal care, medication help, through to managing complex conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s.

Our Nottinghamshire office based in West Bridgford opened in Summer 2020 having been approved by the CQC.
