Additional training in specialist conditions – become an expert in supporting more complex conditions with training in areas such as dementia, Parkinson’s, medication administration, moving and handling, stroke care, palliative care, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) care
Support with professional development – at a minimum, all staff are supported to progress to a level 2 diploma in health & social care which is funded by us, and many of our team members have gone on to complete their levels 3, 4 and 5
