Local Care Teams Raising Money for Dementia Charity

Local health and social care providers, Carefound Home Care and Vida Healthcare, have united to raise funds for Dementia Forward by taking part in the Great North Run 2015.

Dementia Forward provide a service which is hugely important to families in the local community and both organisations are keen to support them wherever possible – if you are able to sponsor us we would be extremely grateful!

Dementia Forward are an experienced and established team, passionate about supporting people living with dementia and those who care for them. We support people in the Ripon and Harrogate district, York , Selby, The Vale and Pickering.
