Palliative Care
At Carefound we recognise the benefits of receiving end-of-life support in the comfort of one’s own home. Our team of professional home carers is able to provide palliative care at home to Clients who may be suffering from a life threatening illness and are here to help you, your family and carers through what is an extremely emotional and sensitive time.
We are able to work with other health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the last few days of a client’s life are as comfortable and dignified as possible.
The flexible service ranges from 1 hour to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays, and can also encompass 24-hour live-in care services.
Carefound is based in Harrogate and helps clients in surrounding towns and villages including (but not limited to) Ripon, Wetherby, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Thirsk, Pannal, Bedale, Pateley Bridge, Nidderdale and Masham.
