Raffle Raises Money for Local Charity Dementia Forward

In aid of Dementia Awareness Week 2016 the team at Carefound Home Care in Harrogate have held a raffle with the proceeds going to local charity, Dementia Forward.

Dementia Forward help local families living with dementia in Ripon, Harrogate, Wetherby, York and the Vale. The charity have a team of dedicated Dementia Support Advisors who are committed to supporting people who have been diagnosed with dementia and their carers. They offer support through advice, signposting, practical solutions or simply a listening ear.
