Recruitment Information Morning at Harrogate Job Centre

At Carefound Home Care we recognise the importance of being a locally owned and managed home care service for elderly people. We use various methods to recruit great local people into our team such as recruitment events, online advertising, word of mouth and recommendations. We also have a ‘refer a friend’ policy where existing staff receive a cash payment for recommending somebody exceptional.

Carefound Home Care also work in partnership with Harrogate Job Centre Plus to ensure information is widely available about why the company is an employer of choice amongst local elderly care providers.
