Success for Elderly Care Information Stands

Elderly care information stands held at local hospitals and Morrisons stores in Harrogate, Ripon and Wetherby have been a resounding success with elderly people and their families. People were able to learn more about support available to them in the community, including where more complex conditions such as dementia are involved.
The information stands were organised by Carefound Home Care, a local provider of specialist home care and dementia care services to elderly people who are on a push to ensure that individuals and families are more aware of what services are available to help them in the Harrogate, Ripon and Wetherby area. This may include hourly care, live in care or specialist dementia care offered by Carefound Home Care, or other support available from local charities such as Dementia Forward, Wetherby in Support of the Elderly (WiSE) or Age UK.
