Survey reveals exceptional satisfaction at Carefound Home Care

A client and staff survey recently completed by Carefound Home Care shows that 100% of families would recommend their service.

Carefound Home Care provides highly personalised home care services to older people enabling them to continue to live safely at home. They have local branches based in Cheshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire.

Every year the company conducts anonymous satisfaction surveys across its clients and staff to measure how the service is performing and where it can improve. More than 170 surveys were sent out this year with exceptional feedback received from clients, their families and staff.

100% of clients said they would recommend Carefound Home Care and 98% said they were satisfied with their care. 98% said their carer is well matched to them and 93% said their local care management team is helpful.

The response from staff members was also excellent with 98% of staff saying they are proud to work for Carefound Home Care and 98% would recommend it as a good company to work for. 100% of staff felt well trained and 98% felt well supported in their job.
