The cost of live-in care is similar to that of a residential care home or nursing home in Yorkshire, however it enables elderly people to retain the security and familiarity of their own home. Our clients are supported by two trained live-in carers who typically work on a one or two week rotation, ensuring that you are able to build relationships and understanding. Our live-in carers are fully supported and monitored by our local care management team in Harrogate, which includes weekly support visits to ensure the care package is working well and continuously improving the well-being of our clients. Live-in care is available as a long-term service or on a short-term respite basis to provide a break to a carer or to enable an older person to get used to the support.
