An egg-stra special Easter for Carefound Home Care clients and carers

This Easter our local home care branches in Harrogate, West Bridgford, Wilmslow and York have been able to bring smiles to lots of faces by delivering Easter eggs to their clients and carers.

But these deliveries weren’t just about the chocolate. They represent an important time to spread joy, reminding older people living in their own homes of the connection we have with them and that we care, whilst also showing appreciation to our staff for their hard work and dedication.

As front doors are opened and best wishes are exchanged, or conversations are had with staff, it’s always clear how much celebrating events like Easter together means to everybody across Carefound Home Care.

Some of the lovely comments from clients receiving their Easter eggs included:

“Thank you for the lovely looking Easter Egg. It’s a long time since anyone last gave me one of these. I’ll be good and not open it until Easter Sunday.”

“Thank you very much, that will go down very well as I have a sweet tooth!”

“We hope you have a good Easter. Thank you very much for the Easter eggs – a lovely thoughtful touch.”

Molly, a senior carer at Carefound Home Care in Harrogate, added:

“It has been lovely delivering Easter eggs to our clients and hearing about their Easter traditions, whilst keeping them up to date on my own lambing activities this Easter outside of work!”
