Training

Full training which you are paid to do – we pay you to complete our induction training and so you don’t always need previous professional experience to join us

Specially designed induction programme – all staff undertake a 4-day induction at their local office and over video call covering all aspects of care provision, plus shadowing of an existing member of our team

Additional training in specialist conditions – become an expert in supporting more complex conditions with training in areas such as dementia, Parkinson’s, medication administration, moving and handling, stroke care, palliative care, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) care

Support with professional development – at a minimum, all staff are supported to progress to a level 2 diploma in health & social care which is funded by us, and many of our team members have gone on to complete their levels 3, 4 and 5

Opportunities to progress – we seek to offer many career opportunities and we always celebrate members of our team who are promoted into more senior roles including senior care, coordination, management and training roles
