Carefound Home Care delivers egg-stra smiles this Easter
Wednesday, 08th April 2026

At Carefound Home Care, Easter 2026 was marked with an egg-stra special effort, as our teams across Harrogate, Wilmslow, West Bridgford and York delivered more than 300 Easter eggs to clients and care professionals in the communities we support.
The Easter eggs were shared during home care visits and thoroughly enjoyed by our clients and staff.
As part of our continued commitment to our local communities, we were also delighted to donate Easter eggs to Mowbray Academy, a specialist school in Ripon. The donation supported an Easter egg hunt, helping to create a fun experience for the children.
Our Wilmslow branch also hosted a complimentary Easter lunch at The Guild for Lifelong Learning in Wilmslow, welcoming 30 guests including clients, members of the local community, and clients’ family and friends. The event brought people together for an afternoon of food, drinks and Easter-themed activities.
Some of the lovely comments from our clients receiving their Easter eggs included:
“Thank you for my egg, it was very kind.”
“Oh, you have made my day.”
“I look forward to eating my chocolate””
Dawn Hodges, Senior Care Professional at Carefound Home Care York, said:
“During support visits with staff and clients, the Easter eggs were warmly welcomed by everyone.”
“Small gestures really do go a long way in boosting staff morale. The clients I delivered eggs to were also very thankful for the gift.”
Kelly Peacock, Care Professional at Carefound Home Care Harrogate, said:
“Chocolate always goes down well with me, so I was very grateful for my Easter egg, very kind to be given one.”
