You can earn £500 by referring a client to any of our home care services.
At Carefound Home Care we encourage client referrals as a means to support more families who need our help. If you are an employee of Carefound Home Care or a next of kin of a client receiving our home care services, and you know someone who may benefit from our care, feel free to let them know about our services and refer them to us.
All you need to do is complete our refer a client form, and be sure to let the person you are referring or their next of kin know about our services and gain their permission to provide their personal contact information to us.
If your referral meets the terms and conditions outlined below, you will receive a reward of £500 once the minimum amount of care has been provided.

Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to our refer a client scheme:
- If you refer a client who may benefit from our home care services, you are eligible for a reward of £500
- All referrals are subject to final approval by our Finance Manager and / or Regional Care Manager
- Referrals must be submitted at the time of the initial enquiry or within 14 days thereafter. Referrals received after this period will not be accepted or backdated
- The referred client must be privately funded to be eligible (i.e. not funded by the local authority or NHS)
- The referrer must be a current employee of Carefound Home Care, or next-of-kin of somebody already drawing on our services when the referral is made
- An assessment of care needs must be undertaken by a member of Carefound Home Care’s care management team to ensure we are able to meet the care needs of the client
- A minimum of 40 hours of care for hourly home care referrals and 4 weeks of care for live-in care referrals must have been provided
- The referrer must have consent from the person receiving care or their next of kin to provide their personal contact information
- Carefound Home Care reserves the right to modify or remove this incentive at any time
- This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other employee or next-of-kin incentives
- This incentive is only applicable for next-of-kin who already have a loved one drawing on Carefound Home Care’s services
- This scheme only applies to new clients who have not used Carefound Home Care’s services for a minimum of 12 months prior to the date of referral
- A refer a client payment cannot be substituted or used as a deduction from your loved one’s existing care package
- For next of kin, payment will be made electronically only, within a month of a successful referral
- For employees to receive the referral bonus, they must still work for Carefound Home Care at the end of the minimum time period set out for each service above
- For employees, any referral amount is paid to the referrer in their payslip and is subject to tax and national insurance
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee or next-of-kin can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly
- If two or more individuals refer the same client, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards
- Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a client meets the above criteria at a later time within the following 12 month period
- You agree to refund on demand (without any time limit) any reward where you are found to be in breach of this policy
