Monday, 23rd February 2026
Carefound Home Care Wilmslow proudly sponsored and took part in the Macclesfield Pancake Race 2026, helping raise vital funds for East Cheshire NHS Charity.

The annual charity event, held on Tuesday 17th February, brought together local businesses, organisations and community groups for a fun-filled pancake-flipping relay organised to raise money for East Cheshire NHS Charity.
Competing under the team name “Carefound Heroes”, the Carefound Home Care team delivered an impressive performance, finishing second in their race after a competitive run along the Macclesfield town centre course.
The 2026 event saw record participation, with 24 teams taking part and more than £1,300 raised to support East Cheshire NHS Charity, which helps fund projects that enhance patient care, provide additional equipment and improve experiences for patients, families and NHS staff.
Sarah Vickers, Recruitment & Community Manager at Carefound Home Care Wilmslow, said:
“We had such a fantastic time taking part in Macclesfield Pancake Race again this year, and we were delighted to sponsor the day.”
“We’re proud to have supported several events for East Cheshire NHS Charity, and we always love getting involved with such a brilliant cause. Even better when it means flipping pancakes and seeing everyone in fantastic costumes!”
