Home Care Company Recognised for Offering Great Compensation Packages

Glassdoor gathers anonymous feedback from staff working for companies across all different sectors and locations. This month they have been looking at staff pay and in doing so have gathered a list of 10 companies that have received top compensation ratings from staff (in other words, according to employees ratings on Glassdoor, these companies pay top dollar—or at the very least, pay fairly for the positions they offer).
Amongst the list is specialist elderly home care provider, Carefound Home Care, who received a ‘compensation rating’ of 5 out of 5. One of their employees commented:
