2020 satisfaction surveys reveal praise from clients and carers

Carefound Home Care’s services and staff support have been highly commended in a survey of its clients and staff across Cheshire and Yorkshire.
Each year we conduct anonymous satisfaction surveys of our clients and carers to gather feedback about how we can ensure that we continue to offer the highest quality home care services to our clients and the best employment opportunities to our carers.
We’re delighted to announce that an impressive 95% of the families we support at home would recommend the services of Carefound Home Care and 95% feel that their carer is well match to their needs. Furthermore, 94% of carers said that they were happy at the company and an amazing 100% of carers felt well trained for their role.
