Registered managers, care managers, trainers and quality specialists, each of them is an expert in their own field, with years of experience in home care behind them, and each is named on the guidance they have approved.
Hayley Gill, Regional Care Manager
Hayley has over 15 years in health and social care across both residential and home care. She joined our Wilmslow branch as a care professional in 2017 and progressed to Registered Branch Manager. As Regional Care Manager she supports care delivery and quality across the company.
Claire Spence, Quality Assurance Manager
Claire has worked in domiciliary care for over 14 years, starting as a Care Professional and progressing through care coordination and management. She now supports quality, compliance and CQC standards across the company, and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Danielle Shippam, Maketing Executive
Danielle brings more than 10 years experience across marketing, administration and customer-facing roles. She creates and manages our care advice, news and client stories, working alongside our in-house experts so that what we publish reflects how care is actually delivered.
