We provide hourly care at home to families in the towns and surrounding areas of Harrogate, Ripon, Wetherby and Leeds, and live-in care to families across Yorkshire. Care is managed by our local care management team based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Home Care in Yorkshire
We specialise in providing highly personalised elderly care at home designed around the needs and health outcomes of the clients and families we support. This may include basic domestic support, being a friend or companion, providing personal care, medication support, home from hospital discharge care or supporting people with more complex conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s. Whatever your needs we are able to establish a solution that enables you to continue to live happily at home.
Hourly Visiting Home Care in Yorkshire
Our hourly care service in Yorkshire can be anything from 1 hour to 24 hours of care per day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. This also includes sleepover night care and waking night care. Whether you or your loved one are looking for high quality but low level assistance, often whilst getting used to receiving help, or a more involved service, requiring us to work closely with GPs and district nurses for support with specialist conditions, we are here to meet our clients’ needs.
Live-In Home Care in Yorkshire
Our Yorkshire live-in care service is provided by two professional, trained and locally supported home carers rotating on a week-on / week-off basis. This not only ensures genuine continuity of care and the opportunity to build a trusted relationship for the client, but also sufficient rest for the carer. Like our hourly home carers, they also specialise in supporting specialist conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s, all without the upheaval of moving into a care home. Importantly, our local care management team visits our clients and home carers in the home on a weekly basis to ensure the package is working well – this is a key differentiator vs. many national providers who are not always able to do this. Families often consider our 24-hour home care a preferable alternative to Yorkshire care homes or Yorkshire nursing homes.
Local, Qualified Home Carers in Yorkshire
We manage our home care in Yorkshire services from our local office based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This ensures that we provide exceptional levels of support to our home carers and the families we care for. It also enables us to meet the needs of our clients should they change over time through effective communication and regular reviews, thereby maximising their well-being and independence to the greatest extent possible.
All of our home carers are employed by us meaning that we take full responsibility for the care we deliver, unlike an introductory agency. We only employ great people, all of whom undergo a comprehensive recruitment and selection process, including interviews, reference checks and an Enhanced Criminal Record Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service. We train all of our staff, regardless of previous experience, at our offices in Harrogate which involves both a thorough induction programme and ongoing training in all aspects of care provision. This includes specialist training such as dementia care and Alzheimer’s care through our collaboration with the Contented Dementia Trust and Parkinson’s care through our work with Parkinson’s UK.
