With over 14 years of experience in domiciliary care, Claire Spence is Quality Assurance Manager at Carefound Home Care. She has extensive experience across frontline care, care coordination, management and quality assurance, and supports our teams to maintain consistently high standards across our home care services.
Claire joined Carefound Home Care as a Care Professional in 2012 before progressing to the roles of Care Coordinator and Care Manager. She is now Quality Assurance Manager, where she supports the continued development of quality, compliance and care standards across the company.
Having worked directly with clients before moving into coordination, management and quality assurance, Claire has a strong understanding of how quality standards translate into the everyday delivery of care. She has extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and works closely with care teams and managers to ensure records are accurate, complete and reflective of the high-quality, person-centred care being delivered.
