Meet Hayley

Leading outstanding home care services, with over 15 years of experience in health and social care.

With over 15 years of experience in health and social care, Hayley Gill is a Regional Care Manager at Carefound Home Care. She has extensive experience across both residential care and domiciliary care settings and supports our care professionals and care management teams to maintain consistently high standards across our home care services.

Hayley joined Carefound Home Care as a care professional in 2017 at our Wilmslow branch which has been rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). She subsequently progress to the roles of Senior Care Professional, Care Manager, and then Registered Branch Manager. She is now Regional Care Manager at Carefound Home Care, where she supports the wider delivery and quality of care across the company.

Having worked directly with clients before moving into management, Hayley has a strong understanding of what high-quality care looks like in practice. Her experience includes overseeing care delivery, supporting care teams, developing person-centred care plans and helping ensure services meet regulatory and quality standards.

Hayley is particularly passionate about person-centred care and believes that understanding each person’s life history, routines, preferences and individual needs is essential to providing care that genuinely makes a difference.
