Carefound Home Care achieves 100% client satisfaction score

The home care company is celebrating an extraordinary response to its annual satisfaction surveys, with 100% of families saying they are satisfied with their care.
Carefound Home Care provides home care services to older people across Cheshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire and each year the company conducts anonymous satisfaction surveys of their clients and staff to help measure the impact of their specialist home care service and see where they can improve.
Commenting on the surveys, Oliver Stirk, Managing Director of Carefound Home Care, said:
“Our annual satisfaction surveys play a vital role in ensuring that we are maximising the well-being of our clients at home and giving our staff the best support, employment packages and development opportunities. This year’s surveys have been particularly important given the unprecedented challenges our clients and teams have faced during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Feedback from clients and their families was at an all-time high with 100% of clients saying they were satisfied with their care and 98% saying they would recommend Carefound Home Care. 93% agreed that their carer was well matched to their needs and 95% have felt supported to keep safe during COVID-19.
Staff were equally positive about the company with 95% being proud to work for Carefound Home Care and 91% saying they were well supported. 97% said they were well trained and an amazing 98% felt they have been helped to keep safe during COVID-19.
Reflecting on the results, Oliver said:
